Well, I can't speak to that other stuff but I watched L2 all day, and it was NOT 100 mill dumped when 2's where hit...it got a bid for 9 mill or so a few times and somebody dumped to get out of there position every time...Not sure which stock you where watching

I saw 468 mill @2 pretty much ALL day...

Dude everytime 2's come up 100million get dumped on the ask

That's not even possible with only 69 mill in total volume for the day
