The incidents I am most concerned about are not the end of day small trade to bump the price.

It's the intraday, high volume, low price dumps followed within seconds by a small trade to bump the price back up. I believe that the person that is dumping is the same person that then bumps it back up with the small, higher priced trade and I think that is totally deceptive.

Who could it be that does it and why? I could speculate but I don't want to be negative!
