I've been to Florida recently, and all I saw was bumper stickers indicating that people are in favor of voting on a prop to legalize there. A family friend told me about Georgia (I can't believe I didn't know about them!), and I've heard that Michigan has already had the facilities and grow colleges in place for years now. With the fall of Detroit, that is their planned next big thing.
