I ran businesses such that I was able to retire at 47 years old. And if I had a deal the size of the Canadian one Coates has, and a line of credit as big as Coates purported to have from Duchess I would have been in production and selling to Almont years ago.
Why knock on doors when you have a deal worth many, many millions ?
Just remember, hope is not a strategy, and that's all you seem to have.
