IMO if the Company is able to meet the goals that they have set it a very good buy at this level. I personally believe that one doesn't need to rush a "buy" as there is no significant buying pressure. I am of the opinion that the Market is looking to see some of the expectations set by the Company met. Based on what they have formally announced, barring the unexpected, I believe they will succeed in meeting these expectations.

The expected "spin out" of Niostar will allow the new entity to have a fresh clean start. If matters work out as the Company has announced through PR s (further confirmed through CC) I would think that obtaining favourable financing, going forward through the new entity, will become much easier. IMO the pricing will be much more attractive but it will take a bit of time.

For me a good week is not so much the PPS, at this point, but the realization that the Company has a Corporate Plan and that steady progress is being made to reach their ultimate goal.
