If I read it correctly, they have sold 90% of their business for $700 MM, they'll still have close to half a billion in debt, and who knows what "one time" write off they'll have to take (I don't remember what they bought those business for, but their huge debt of about 1.2 B was due to these acquisition, so I presume they paid more than $750 MM. Trying QLGC here at $49.33, I missed a much better earlier entry.
