why do I feel this way?
and can my feeling change?
at the current time,
INCC has made statements and then they have delivered on those statements.
What many people do not understand, is that in itself, is a rarity for penny stocks.
Also, INCC is making an effort to communicate their progress, they are not leaving us in the dark.
This is another rarity.
Also, when you study trading everyday like I do, I study a company, trade by trade.
INCC is one of my holdings, I look at every trade every day.
If a Market maker is showing that they have 25k shares available at .0095 and then someone puts in a buy order to purchase those 25k shares on the ASK @ .0095 and you see that the .0095's are now sold out and now the ASK is printing 15k shares at .01 (the next level up) - that is proof to you - that at least on that 1 trade - there is NO DILUTION.
do you know how rare that is, in the penny stock world??
i am letting you know, after 20+ years of trading that is rare.
everyday, you can see many penny stocks out there diluting.
but INCC, instead of diluting, they went ahead and filed an Amendment to REDUCE their company's autho shares by 3 billion shares - when I heard this, I was like, what???? they are reducing their AUTHO share count?
that was one of the triggers that made me look deeper into INCC
usually pennys are INCREASING their autho share count, not DECREASING
so,
if you are a leader of a penny stock company and you are reducing your AUTHO SHARES
what should that tell you?
that should tell you that their FINANCING is most likely coming from some other source - other than STOCK DILUTION
and guess what, just the other day, they announced on twitter that they are firming up 3 million dollars in NON-DILUTIVE FINANCING
so you see, the two ITEMS of INFORMATION - make a ton of sense . . .
now - to answer your question honestly -
as long as INCC keeps being honest with their statements, and then delivering on their statements, then YES, I see a $1.00 here, NO PROBLEM - obviously that is just my opinion -
if INCC all of a sudden, takes a stupid pill, and starts to lie and dilute, then I will think differently
but because the float can only be a maximum of 2billion shares, this thing is so THIN, that a dollar is no problem
as long as they keep conducting themselves in the same manner in which they have started
