This is a company with HUGE potential - but with considerable risk and record of missing some deadlines in development.

And that is EXACTLY why the shareprice lingers below $5 or less for most of the last year. Risk.

One really big piece of that risk has been dithering and worrying about when TOX testing would (or would not) begin. Well - now it has begun.

As this factors in the risk calculation are eliminated one by one - we'll see a steady move upward here.
