Most predictions are far too optimistic in general but I do agree that up should be the direction and soon.

Don't think Herzog will succumb to sky high price predictions. She is a well thought of analyst and therefore must err on the conservative side. China could alter that but China is often slow to turn talk into action/money...my impression anyway.

More importantly XXII could be huge in five years. The stock is unlikely to ever be much cheaper than it is now.
