"And as it is a suspicion for which you have no fact,.... it is at best unsubstantiated opinon. At worst it borders on an outright bit of BS."
And what better place for it?

There's little BS and there's BIG BS. There's BS on a message board that one can expect and there's BS in required company filings that investor's are supposed to be able to rely on.
When a poster begins a statement with the words "I think" (something totally unnecessary on a venue like this, btw), as in "I think NNVC paid more for the lab than it should have", everyone is free to weigh that opinion against their own opinions and the writers history.
For pete's sake, I don't think NNVC has even paid for the lab at all yet. Have they? I know they've made payments toward the lab and I believe they collateralized some loans for it on Diwan's, er InnoHaven's, behalf back when the intent was to rent it. Maybe you can tell me why this is still in the 10-K filed a couple of weeks ago:
"The Company anticipates that it will be leasing the laboratory facilities and cGMP production facility from Inno-Haven, for the cGMP manufacture of clinical batches of its nanoviricides® drug candidates against various viral diseases."
Only to say this on the very next page:
"In addition, the Company has successfully achieved the goal of securing a building for a new lab facility and cGMP capability without any capital expenditures. The Company’s strong financial position has now enabled us to decide to purchase the 1 Controls Drive, Shelton, CT facility"
Given that level of confusion it would probably not be wise to think that they are buying the facility until the closing has occurred. And then maybe wait a week or so.
I was distracted.....
The point is that there is no better place for "a suspicion for which you have no fact", "unsubstantiated opinon" or "an outright bit of BS" than right here and when it's preceded by the words "I think" such things can and should be disagreed with, but nobody should be bitching about someone's right to BS.
And what better place for it?
