Well yes, but the way I see the model is that they were going to license the production. Selling the rights to manufacture to their specifications. Someone on this board a while ago likened it, cleverly I thought, to buying a computer with a "Intel Inside" sticker. Your would get a PV cell, the one with the 3D certificate, on the top shelf, the best one around, for the discerning consumer, sir! LOL
