I have said there is dilution or bills being paid. Even in a post earlier today I stated that. Sure I noticed.

I'm not worried about it. I believe there are things happening behind the scenes here.

I will continue to buy this ticket all the way down. I think the only time this company will RS is when it goes over 01-03 so it can uplist. If they RS down here after a Wells Notice they will be right back to unavailable financing. And possibly a halt. No way they risk either down here. Jmo
