You are too kind! The highest form of flattery. I wish that more of what I believed would have come true during that time but at least some of it did. I still firmly believe we are poised for more surprises and much needed news. I want so much to believe that Target is one of the new retailers, because if it is so, we are in for a fabulous run to the upside. I will be patient and wait out the lows knowing that the highs are soon to be had for the taking. Patient investors will soon rule. Joe
