yes sure it is a leak. the 52 page although looked like a rambling by an old man who needs some attention. i hope someone points to the leak and lamberth comes out clean. i am quite sure this will be overturned if appealed as it not ony sounds ridiculous but is written ridiculously and leakage written all over.
