Ya, I guess if you look at it that way. Problem is, we went from almost .70 down to .22 after the award of two permits. Now we get one more and we are down again. Does this really look like it was a catalyst to you? I know some people look at everything as an earth shaker, but these 3 awards must not have been from the price action. You are one of the board prognosticators. Tell me, do we end green? If not, how long until we do start the sustainable march up? Me, I have all the time in the world and will not try to drive the price up before it's time, unlike others so they can sell and take a profit. It will move when, and only when, ALL the parts fall into place because it is on the OTC and in penny land; "PERIOD"
