Business Description
"Shamika2Gold was established as a spin-off from Canadian-based Shamika Resources, a company in the business of mineral exploration and the development of natural resource properties. The first of three spin-offs intended to increase shareholder value, the company concentrates exclusively on gold exploration and the uncovering and acquisition of properties in the early stages of production around the world."

It is obvious that their intention was to have 2 more spin offs. My belief is that the first one was RKO resources. The company was reinstated in Nevada this summer for a reason imho. #3 will be upon us soon.
