The 504 only allows for $1,000,000 worth of selling...I'd say we eclipsed that a long time ago. There are other provisions like the 505, and 506, that he could be using. But who knows? Perhaps he had saved the 504 until the last few months, which would explain why he was dumping like his A** was on fire. I guess we will see if he dumps on the next PR as is per his custom.
