The problem with an ambiguous claim like "mature yields" is that it doesn't have a reference point or magnitude. AMD's idea of "mature" is certainly up for debate, and whether they mean relative to 200mm wafer yields or again, their *notion* of what 300mm yields *should be*, is also questionable.
