Jmzim, I very strongly disagree. If Lehman wants to consider moving forward after the stay ends in a business manner, they have to honor their contracts. No one would ever consider buying something they thought was contract/bankruptcy proof if they could not count on that contract being honored. For Lehman to move forward after the stay, they have to pay back divvies and interest. Where do you think future funding would come from? Retain common investors? Not for the big game.



LBHI doesn't have to pay interest on CTs because they are a company in BANKRUPTCY.
That changes EVERYTHING.
