Lemon they haven't even began full scale mining.

The terrace looks like the first, of many, target they found that will go into full scale mining.

Until that begins they would have to get lucky to find 20 ounces of gold.

Luck isn't needed in an unmined terrace that contains gold. But I wouldn't say no to a little luck either.
