10-B claim will not get anything from the POR and will be discharged.

Discharged of 10-B does not mean Cts are cancelled because the claim 10-B is a debt claim from the trust. The two other possibilities for Cts are from cotton's DDs and the other is from LBHI guarantee for redemption in parity with the most senior preferred. In the latter case, Cts will be treated as equity claim.
