The history of known fraud is the very reason this company no longer files with the SEC and why it cannot bring itself to actually hire an auditor. Fraud is why they are chilled. Fraud is why they were sued and lost. Fraud is why this thing is at a small fraction of a penny. Fraud is why there is no dividend. It is why there is no income stated on the OTC markets website. Fraud is so much a part of this company that to pretend any different would be funny.

Ever wonder why there are no photos of actual work being done with this company? No facebook updates, no filings. Ever wonder why some mystery person called "cannanews" was invented to plant bogus stories on the cnn ireport site? Why there were no pictures taken at the trade show?

All this company is and ever has been is a guy who answers emails and phone calls and says "everything is fine" or "all is well" or some such nonsense......and a few well written press releases mixed in with a whole bunch of bad ones.
