Regarding the other guy's questions. You are correct on your statements.

The going concern has been there for ever - I can't remember it not being included.

I am confident that there are no SEC problems.

The SEC has issued more regs on OTCBB trading and it probably has something to do with that and the brokerage firm establishing approval for him to trade OTCBB stocks. Or it is your last statement - unlikely one can buy a OTCBB stock at .08 when it is offered at .088, although I have seen some strange things happen in the past.

db09 - Papers have been filed for this transaction, there is more stock that can be sold than what has been to date. One can amend filings, etc. so who knows. Given the dates and time it takes to go through the paper work and begin to work with the broker, my personal opinion is that the stock dropping from the .18-.22 range. Why? Because of the insider going to sell. If you don't think this happens then you need to think again. One firm I worked for, the analysts would break into the investment bankers offices late at night and go through their files to try to find pending transactions. You will see in the papers that there is more stock listed to sell.

To sell stock for diversification makes sense to me, but the timing is incredibly stupid. He has had the exposure for such a long time why now and why not in six to nine months? I am troubled by that, but that said, I will take it as it has been stated and attribute it to poor market judgement, thinking everything was coming together the market wouldn't respond...

We discussed a short time ago why the stock wasn't higher given how dramatic business has developed and how bright the future looks. Having been around this company since the late 1990's I will offer my opinion based on experiences over this period.

Let me say it this way, there is an old trading maxim - buy the rumor sell the fact. In VODG's case I believe it is just the opposite for the market in general. Obviously not for you or me. A growing number of new shareholders will occur and the price begin to reflect the going concern value of the business when VODG puts up some good numbers.

I added 5,000 shares today, paid about what you did. As you know I am pushing 5%, own a tad under seven figures and don't want to file a 13D because of all the work it would entail I am very pleased with business developments, but rather ticked off at the timing of this.
