No one seems to care if the guy cutting the lawn, painting the house or whatever is illegal as long as the price is right. Now that unemployment is higher people will complain but they still won't care. Cheap labor is cheap labor. If the economy recovers people will just ignore the issue. If unemployment gets a lot higher people will be screaming. Real wages have gone nowhere in the past 30 years because there is an abundance of cheap labor.
