Great news posting. Yes they will be increasing the A/S, but they give very specifics about the outstanding debts in $$$ and converted this into amount of shares. Currently to cover all their outstanding debt only 223m shares would be needed! That's nothing.

Also the amount of debt is only $160k, which is very minimal if they become profitable!!

Go NSAV. The right direct!!! Clear and full disclosure! This is exactly what we wanted!
