I don't think there's a lot to say that's very interesting. Much of it was very expected. Opteron ASPs were slightly down due to a strategy to capture more share, which worked. Units increased sharply QoQ.
AMD plans to reveal substantial roadmap details at their June analyst conference.
Their impression on Intel is that Intel will be more competitive in the second half (they are calling it "following AMD's lead"), but AMD will continue to gain share in spite of that due to increased equity in customer relationships, and a strategy to penetrate the commercial space. They also plan to innovate in ways that will keep Intel in a reactive mode.
