Revides: JimmJones and NRC: Those were warrants that were priced at $3.50 ($1 pre spilt). On Aug 25, the day they were purchased, the SP was $3.99...so they were in the money.

Dr. B bought his 200K warrant shares at $3.50 when the SP was at $4.55. In the money $310,000.

No spin necessary.
