Yes... No leases or wells can be transferred to Paradigm's Operator as long as the TNR P!.114 Flag is on thier P-5 as the TRRC cannot approve any P-4's... They also cannot approve drilling permits or the renewal of the P-5 (license to operate). The operator will be out of business when the P-5 expires November 1st.
