No need for a deal because acceleration of payment is an obligation.

The deal is what it is. If the deal is done, it's done.

DEAL or NO DEAL.

IMO, there is no right or wrong answer to the question. Just a straight forward answer to it is needed.

Interesting how we, on this board, can argue and disagree over complex issues, sometimes simply the meaning of a word.

Yet, given a simple straight forward question, a straight forward answer cannot be given.
