Oh no- dont get me wrong.. to each his own. Ill be the first to admitt I havnt a clue when it comes to real estate : )

But what I DO know is when you pay a few hundred dollars a month for rent to live in a house that would cost easily over $3000 a month to rent if it wasnt a special deal- you have to give me a pat on the back, regardless...

I put my investment money into things im familiar with such as guitars and various other music instruments.. Theres never a shortage of opportunities and real estate is just not my cup of tea.

Hey- very seldom do you and I agree Jerry.. which is the main reason I follow you religiously. If I wanted to speak with people who all thought the way I did how would I grow? In plain English : )


Looks like my shorts paid off today.. and I hit the top no less thank you. Not bad for someone who doesnt believe in TA... I wont be holding them to see if it really is any kind of top other then a 1-2 day event so dont bother warning me!
