Correctamente!!! The reserves in the Balance sheet ( I think it's about 12B) and marked as restricted cash for the disputed claims. These are creditors claim that is still being disputed.

The restricted cash is indeed a combination of reserves for IRS, disputed claims and other expenses.

The 1.7B that was separated from LBHI/JPM 8.6B dispute is reserved or invested separately.
