ENTA—I suspect Mr Mkt would like your decision/choice also as it saves the cash pile.

The kneejerk reaction by investors might be to interpret not opting in as a negative, particularly if they’re caught off-guard and didn’t realize a decision one way or the other was imminent. Thus, if ENTA declines to opt in (or has already so decided), I wouldn’t be surprised if they combine the announcement with some other piece of news.
