Canary Wharf was allowed as class 3 on Aug 22, 2011 for the amount of 780M.
After compromise, it is now reclassified to class 9A allowed as 3rd-party guarantee claims for 350M.

If the motion is confirmed on Oct. 7th hearing, LBHI will remit it within 5 business days, which is outside of regular distribution.

Does this mean that classes other than 3 and 7 may still receive distribution going forward?
