Take advantage of the pps manipulation that is going on from RAD's BoD!! While the BoD have done a nice job righting the ship they have also done a lousy job hiding their BS stock manipulation. They say "prescription reimbursement rate" is one of their problems? Then how come there is no corresponding effect with WAG or CVS??? Liars!!

You boys have shaved almost 40% of RAD's value in 4 months with your lousy prognostications! This is such overt pps manipulation it makes me want to vomit!
