Now for some serious questions....ACCOUNTING 101...if you do some research you will find that ADMD had a LARGE AMOUNT of INSIDER BUYING in 2013...which "DRIED" up back in february 2014...the only one buying is CARLTON CADWELL...his FORM 4 have strange wording stipulations such as "LOAN ORIGINATION FEES" for the cash he has given to ADMD...i remind you, he and KATZAROFF are best friends and i am not comfortable with the whole ADMD renting CADWELL property in return for what??..i would like to see the receipts for the monthly lease..anyway...the BIG QUESTION IS..WHERE IS THE MONEY...what did KATZAROFF do with all the third party money and WHERE IS THE MONEY GARNISHED FROM THE RECENT DILUTION and BLOW OUT OF THE FLOAT....whoever said a company cannot sell directly in the market was wrong... according to the last quarterly that 41 million shares were introduced into the OUTSTANDING by the company...WHERE IS THAT MONEY????....i am going to figure a pps of .03 value per share during the period...THAT IS OVER A MILLION DOLLARS....WHERE IS THAT MONEY????....
