They issued restricted shares which cant be sold. Maybe they issued those shares to Best Buy or Sony.
Not true at all. Restricted shares can be lifted any time with the proper letters written by an attorney, freeing up shares for market. Also, much of these shares can be dealt in private where the transaction aren't publicly available nor have to be public. ntek insiders are very likely doing a lot of these private sales and other deals and ntek being a dark non filer, no one will know until put out publicly when the investigation is open to the public.
