Figures you are using your head and downsizing while pocketing the cash from the current bubble prices : )

My friend just sold his house in NJ.. 100k profit on a $70,000 home in just under 3 years. Simply amazing. He just closed on a 300k house in PA which now sports a 2 1/2 hour commute for him and his kids are 45 minutes from the nearest school. Obviously he got a monster home being in the boonies like that, but when I tried to explain to him that he might want to step back and wait he was quick to remind me of the huge profits he made and his plan that in 2-3 years he will be leaving and pocketing another 100k.

Just reminds me so much of the tech bubble when they all said nnonon its different this time.. the internet..
