Whether any of that is actually true or not, none of that has anything to do with how Parilla got his company's stock suspended and therefore doesn't matter to shareholders.

Other than that I think he's tried hard to help make all of us money, and that's all I can ask for

I think he tried to make a lot of money for himself and couldn't care less about the shareholders. And what shareholders ask for is that the guy running their company not get their stock suspended by the SEC.
