Consider minor, very minor, corrections on the way, but CTIX will not follow the annual fall trend. Too many catalysts coming up including the big B.

On the other hand, consider today as an example. All summer and into fall we have all read warnings that crashes are imminent, yet the keep not happening. Even the DJIA can't correct below 16,500 in spite of shrill warnings again and again. The braod market will see a cyclical low in October/November but not what some are calling. Long trend is generally up to 19K DJIA. CTIX will exceed that trend, with minor corrections on the way.
