Thanks for your post, I would just caution everyone looking to purchase additional and or “new folks" purchasing for the first time ATP securities.

There is a better chance of you losing all of your money than making a dime off these securities.

More than likely my motion will be blown off by the court, without the support of the 12,000 equity holders and ATP’s pre-petition creditors, this motion will go nowhere fast. Those currently holding ATP securities need to make your voice heard; if you understand the risk and are a new purchaser your voice also needs to be heard.
