Dune, let me help here. No way does this qualify for an investment for a fund unless a client asks for it specifically. Nigeria is a red flag and forget $1.00, $5.00 is more a rule of thumb. A major exchange is almost a must for clients, but many firms have house accounts and do take positions in stuff like this, usually in a fashion where we would not recognize their presence. IMHO
