My same copy and paste - There is also a motion to reserve for the CTs. There was no objection to the motion and it was approved. That IMO, is reserved for paying out to CTs after the stay ends and they go through the ADR or courts. If the case is won, money paid via reserves are not distributions.

My humble guess is we get a teeny bit in a distribution, some back interest via reserves, and shares in newco.
