The wisdom of being short in something which yields 14% and pays monthly seems a little hard to fathom.

As for rates, I've been looking for higher rates for two years and will be the first to admit I had the timing wrong.

Like Warren Buffet says, "It's easier to tell what will happen than when it will happen".
