I have, but Tesla asked better questions about the Restricted shares. Below is what was posted. I got the total OS as 370 from the TA, which matches below. Also 88 million = the percentages that are listed for Keating and Elsner.

Just called the T/A nothing has changed with the SS, the NON-
RES O/S is still 282,600,000....thats also as big as the FLOAT can possibly be, but it could be smaller also, those shares have to be sold into the market to count on the float....

O/S RESTRICTED = 88,000,000

O/S NON-RES = 282,600,000

A/S = 1.5 billion
