1.8 billion is a lot of shares in the float as they can max this to 5 billion shares and last time this had a reverse split was in 2001 and will most likely get approve for one being a start up company after ANAS reaches .0001 area . The current shareholders will loose on paper 99.99% . What a shame how Manny and Chris played this out along with the crooked ex- cop Ray Barton . All in m opinion of course .
