Dow 9200-10,700 after still another drawn-out pull back. The bottomline is that I see us getting range bound and frustrating both Bulls and Bears alike. What's surprises me about the action is how drawn out it is. (NXTL moved nearly $30 since January... but it was all sideways.(gg)) It depends on what you are looking at.
