Cost per acre 46k? Yeah I was kind of taken by that price tag as well. I don't know what acreage runs out in San Luis/Yuma area but it's hard to imagine more few grand acre. Esp per agreement swet foot bill for well needed supply tower which donated back to city. Total guess but my take is San Luis got jist Pickett needed tower that area overpriced acreage plus very possible that cost is built into unequivocal access to grid/padded comfort on water deal in general small act faith for total city cooperation.

All in all... revenue potentials at best 400 million yr at price California energy easily be less aside any other license deals exchange est proof of concept for swet/revenue potentials 30 million for land long term all things considered drop in bucket compares long business model.
