I don't think there will be any remaining NOL. Cancellation of debt will wipe the remaining Nols out. Keep in mind they have been allowed to be using those NOLs for I think 11 years now. I think they could carry back for 5 years (maybe it was 3 years, I don't remember.)Certainly they won't use $55bil, but what ever the remaining is will be cancelled by the $100bil plus in cancellation of debt.
