Huh? The CTs went into default the day Lehman filed the bankruptcy. That was about 24 quarters ago. The main thing in the way of forming a newco is that they have no business and EVERYTHING is being liquidated, sold off to pay the creditors. There is no capital to start a newco.
You guys act like the Cts are some kind of prize in some grand scheme. The are just a small fish in a sea off many, many more larger fish (more senior debt). The Cts have no value outside of their class 10B claim.
