Wouldn't they have to make current... Not just give a year or two of back divi's.
They have the money to pay all back divi's plus interest don't they? Make it like nothing ever happened to the CT dividend stream? Then they can push all the groups together and begin with the next chapter of this BK... the NEWCOMPANY.... ???????
